There is an email support@samsunguk.zendesk.com but think more for purchase related queries.

I have a S21 5G and haven't been able to get any help on SAMSUNG website. I woke up and my phone was locked keeps asking for a pin number I have never used a pin. I can only receive calls, I can't make a call or answer a text message or send a text message. I have gotten no were on the Samsung website. I am afraid I will lose all my contacts and pictures. No one will tell me why my phone up and locked itself

Perhaps look at
If your still stuck then speak with Samsung Live Chat for further instructions and or arrange to visit a Samsung Experience Store.

@shxxsung the waiting times could be due to any work booked in before yours.
Two hours isn't a long time to kill at the end kf the day. A coffee / tea and a walk around would soon use up two hours.
