Customer service email address please. The bot and other contwct is rubbish. Need a new inner screen film for fold4, EE wont fix without factory reset and 2hr wait.

Hi @shxxsung  presumably you have tried Live chat/phone?   You could contact social Media channels  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/ 

There is an email  support@samsunguk.zendesk.com  but think more for purchase related queries.

Thanks for that, live chat sent me to EE shop 25 miles away (closest place allowed to supply), said i needed to factory reset because of date protection and leave it with them for about 2hrs. 2hrs to change the film protector...nonsense.

I have a S21 5G and haven't been able to get any help on SAMSUNG website. I woke up and my phone was locked keeps asking for a pin number I have never used a pin.  I can only receive calls, I can't make a call or answer a text message or send a text message.  I have gotten no were on the Samsung website. I am afraid I will lose all my contacts and pictures.  No one will tell me why my phone up and locked itself

@shxxsung the waiting times could be due to any work booked in before yours. 

Two hours isn't a long time to kill at the end kf the day. A coffee / tea and a walk around would soon use up two hours.
