Samsung Upgrade Lounge

I became eligible for an upgrade at around 11am BST on Friday 14th May. For the last 21 hours or so, the upgrade lounge portal has not been letting me log in. It just says its experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later.

Any ideas what's going on or when it will be fixed?

Same here was eligible yesterday but haven't been able to get on due to technical issues.

I've been having the same problem .now I've been told it's that the wont deliver because of the covid. Which doesn't make sense as I can get delivery's from anywhere else. The lock down is over so it's a little puzzling

I am able to log in to it, and it is telling me I'm eligible to upgrade, then listing the phones I can pick from, but next to each one it says 'not for sale'.  Seems to be impossible to actually speak to anyone or get any help.  Maybe time to ditch Samsung.
