Samsung currently has problems with trade-in management when trying to buy the galaxy S24 Ultra. (Don't know if it applies to several).
The trade-in module gives an error message when I key in my IMEI number and I cannot place an order with a trade-in discount for the pre-purchase period.
Samsung har förnärvarande problem med inbytes hanteringen när man försöker köpa galaxy S24 Ultra. (Vet ej om det gäller flera).

Oh sorry to hear that, have you tried with another device and/or web browser? And make sure to check the Terms & Conditions (actually clicking and opening the link) and then checking the box for read/approve of terms and conditions.

Hmm another option would be that you have made an order before (unintentionally or not) and it has registered the IMEI as used.
However, please contact our support so they can investigate this further and unlock the IMEI if needed. You find our support numbers here:
