As @Rustymoo has already mentioned (Thanks for that!) the image looks like screen saver. You can disable the feature following the path: Settings - Display - Screen Saver 😉.
I thought the screen saver used to cover the whole screen but now there's a black bar at the top? Wondering if this could lead to image retention or burn in?
