In this situation, perform a soft reset. To do this, hold down the VOL- and POWER buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. The phone will restart and everything should return to normal. This action does not delete any personal data. If this does not help, do a wipe cache partition. We start by activating recovery mode. To do this, follow the steps below:
1. turn off the phone.
Connect your phone via USB cable to a powered-on computer. It is important that the phone is connected to the media device and not to the charger. Otherwise, the phone will boot traditionally into the system.
3. hold down the VOL+ and POWER buttons simultaneously for 10 to 15 seconds.
4. in the recovery menu, you can navigate with the volume keys and confirm your selection with the POWER button. To perform a wipe cache partition, select this item from the list and then confirm it.
5. then select Reboot system now to reboot your phone.
