@bugsey: I'm not sure what you mean, as it isn't possible to set a timer when capturing videos via the Camera app. Do you mean that your videos are only 15 seconds long? If so, try reducing the resolution via the option above the viewfinder to see if this helps. If you can't see the option here, tap on the cog symbol while in Video mode.
