Hi Samsung UK 👋
I am going to upgrade to S24 Ultra. And this is my suggestion for the improvement.

° The next Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for the Galaxy is powerful enough to do heavy tasks. So, the software should be 5-6 years of OS support to complete iOS on iPhone.
° Improve the video quality! Yess the video quality is still behind compare to iPhone in term of HDR and noise handled in low light.
° The main camera (wide) is too powerful compare to front camera, ultrawide and telephotos camera. Samsung should focus on that parts! Make those cameras more usefull make it as closed as the main camera censor quality to make a perfect balance.
° Provide slowmotion in ultrawide and telephoto camera and make the video quality smooth before the slowmotion kick in.
° Smooth video zoom transition between the lens when recording video and possible to do in 4k60fps.
° Portrait video should be stable and can record in 60fps.
° Improve supersteady video quality.
° Make the battery health stay longer with new material.

Please send my feedback to relevant team! 🙏

I am waiting for some AI magic with my next phone.

Question is will Samsung do it or some other phone manufacturer.
The Chinese phones are really going places and Samsung seems to be falling behind.

Will have to see what magic they can do.

I would love the cameras with 24 or 50 megapixels with awesome clarity at all zoom levels up to 50x at least.
This should help with shutter speed.
Also 1 inch main camera with variable aperture would be Awesome.

More AI trickery in gallery app maybe what Adobe firefly or midjourney can do with their zoom out and /or panning tricks.

And the usual better optimisations and battery life.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I also wrote my suggestion for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G.
Samsung should have been listening to its customers.
And if you are buying a flagship,
an ultra ultimate powerhouse,
you are paying the "Ultra" price, so you want everything.
Obviously,
no one is using 100% of the features integrate in the S Series.
But, it's not the point.
We, as an users are different from each other and someone is using something,
what the other person is not.
Apart from the very limited series, or the phones from gold or another expensive materials,
from the standard production,
Samsung Galaxy S Ultra Series are one of the most expensive phones on the market.
Samsung should have treat its flagship as a true flagship.
With a long-term support,
priority updates,
cutting-edge technologies,
the best of the best.
But Samsung is trying to be quite like Apple.
Instead of the big improvements,
just a small steps forward
(and sometimes backward).
I personally know people,
who aren't buying the S Series, because of missing a certain features available in the midrange category.
Like the headphone jack,
micro SD card slot,
a radio,
an IR blaster,...
The flagship should have been packed with everything as the midrange category, but with more features and the advanced and better versions of them.
For example, ditching the headphone jack is not bringing any money for Samsung.
Samsung Galaxy Buds are the freebies,
and, you can always also choose from a plenty of different Bluetooth headphones on the market,
from less than £10,
to let's say, £700.
Samsung S Ultra Series should be able to show to everyone what is technically possible,
what is Samsung capable of,
what is their achievement.
Look at Sony Professional Series, for example.
Yes, they are expensive,
for a specifically target customers.
But it can show you,
what is Sony capable of.
Samsung has a different position in the smartphone industry,
but it's not showing the same with its flagships.
