Hi,when i turn on my Galaxy j7 core shutter makes some noise even if i didn't open my camera,i scanned my phone if there was any virus but its safe,also its andoird 9.
Where did you buy the phone from? For a phone to take a photo on startup it usually means it's been stolen. That photo woud be sent to the original owner along with location information to hand to the Police
My grandpa gave it to my big sister,when my big sister got new phone she gaved me this,i must ask to my grandpa but if i remember correct he bought this from the original store.Also it doesn't takes photo it just makes noise but not always.
