Saving on SD card

Hi having issues.

Dowloads showing in Gallery anx SD card.

If I delete downloads in the Gallery , the dowloads disappear from SD card.

Deleting from either the gallery OR the SD card will result in the files being deleted. If its adult content that you don't want to be displayed in the gallery then I would suggest Secure Folder (built in) or a vault app. You can move files into these folders away from prying eyes!

Thanks Jay, so basically I am using up my internal memory, no piont having a sd card .

No. Gallery is not a place where data is stored. It is just an app that finds all photos. There is no duplicate data.

@Dippy: As a workaround, swipe up form your Home Screen > Samsung (folder) > My Files > Images > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit > Select the relevant images > Copy > Back > SD Card > Select a folder > Copy Here. Now, if you delete the images from your internal storage, the copied versions should remain intact on your SD card.
