@Deepak612 Hello, go to the Help section of Samsung Members / Help / Recognize fingerprint and check. If attention is required, it is probably a sensor problem.
Otherwise, I would recommend Reset to factory values, with previous backup. Do not reset the device from the backup, install all apps from scratch. Greetings.

Dial *#0*# and select sensor from the menu. At the bottom there will be a fingerprint auto test function. If it passes all tests on here then I would do reset. Keep pressing back to leave the menus

Hi @Deepak612

I'm surprised you've let this situation go on for 6 months !

Try deleting your current fingerprints and then reset them back up.

Unfortunately the team here cant help so you would need to.contact your regions Samsung Support Department or visit a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre for support if this is a software or hardware issue.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

ive been a samsung m30 user for the past 5 years until recently i dropped it into water. i like to open up wasted products and salvage parts. faced the same fingerprint sensor issue after about a year of using the device. recently when i dismantled the M30 i found that the fingerprint sensor sits on a plastic covering that covers the motherboard and houses the antennas. The cable that goes to the motherboard through the plastic covering bends downwards ever so slightly to reach the mother board below and that cable is not firmly fixed anywhere. so due to micro movements, over time the at the connector cable's bent portion the sheathing was worn off, the wires inside were visible and one of the wires was damaged.
i tried all the other suggestions when the phone was working, but now i understand why the fixes were not working. it was a hardware issue all this time. many other m30 users have faced the same issue and if anybody is still using the M30, let me know in a response
