Hi,

I bought samsung M40 just 1 month back, but i am facing some issue.

 

E.g: 1. Whatsapp incoming calls are not displaying on screen and not ringing if i access or phone is locked.

2.  Does M40 has On screen finger print scanner ?

 

Please help me on this.

  1. First, try disabling battery optimization for WhatsApp. You can do this by searching Optimise battery usage in Options.
  2. Nope, the fingerprint sensor is on the rear side of the phone. (PDF: page 11)
