Samsung 8+ Keybord issue

Hi all. My daughter cannot access her samsung 8. 

When she tries to type her password wich contains some numbers, the keyboard wont type out numbers, instead it types out letters. E.g q instead of 1. w instead of 2. and so on..
Please help me:-)

Language and keyboard
And select language
And keyboard settings
Language

Hi. The phone is password protected, cannot access settings:-(

If it only allows numbers to be typed, then it is not a password my friend. It is a numerical phone unlock code.
