Hello @Fijin and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
This is typically due to the ribbon between the display and motherboard failing.
Unfortunately Samsung UK will not be able to exchange the display because the phone wasn't released in the UK.
The caveat of importing a phone from one region into another is that the Manufacturer's Warranty isn't valid typically in the region it's now being used in.
So the options would be to get it fixed in India under the Manufacturer's Warranty.
Or see if a UK Highstreet Store that deals in repairs can replace the screen however that will typically void any remaining warranty, and your reliant on the shop using a Samsung display , not losing any Ip rating ,and they don't introduce dust inside i.e good workmanship.
Or look at getting a new phone if the repair fee outweighs the cost of the phone at it's present age, taking into account how many more software and security patches it will recieve.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

@Fijin: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your Galaxy S21 FE. Please be advised that your device has a regional warranty which covers software and hardware defects in the region that the device was intended to be used in. If you purchased the phone in India, and you are currently based in the UK, then it sadly won't be possible to arrange an engineer's inspection. This is due to software and hardware variances that exist in our devices from country to country. While I understand that it is not ideal, you will be required to contact Samsung Support in India from inside that region to arrange for the device to be inspected and repaired. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Dear @Fijin
Thank you for posting.
I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I'm with you on this one.
Apparently Samsung does not know to write good software and they bricked so many phones worldwide. It is new feature that they added which turns your phone into a beautiful brick. They turned my S22U into a beautoful white marble which is sitting as a paperweight now.
the shameful thing here is that none of the moderators will help us. They will do everything to turn us away from the posts or deter people from posting issues. I dont understand this attitude. I thought the mods and super stars would help us in navigating and solving the issues.
This is a community and what is community if you cannot stand with each other. I have no clue. Anyways in the meanwhile what measures are you taking to solve this issue?

Exactly what i'm contemplating. If all affected users can join forces Samsung has to kneel. They have no other option. Their behaviour is just outrageous and the way they just brush off the issue is unimaginable. Their true colours are showing and speaks volumes about other brands like OnePlus and Apple. Never buying a Samsung device is they dont fix this.
I'm definitely planning on taking this to consumer court. I will message you.

Hi again @Fijin
Hardware can and will fail unfortunately.
This may not be directly connected to a software update.
I haven't in anyway intimated your phone has been subjected to accidental damage.
My phone which developed the same issue hadn't been dropped or bumped either and didn't happen after a software update.
Samsung replaced the display under the 2 year manufacturer's warranty but my phone was purchased in ,and being used in the UK.
As explained your issue is the phone wasn't purchased here so warranty isn't valid.
I had the same when I imported a Samsung Note²⁰ from Hong Kong Samsung into the UK.
No manufacturer's warranty.
If you perform a forum search you will find existing threads with some further discussion in on this.
I suggested India as your phone will recieve Service over there. I assume your either not planning to travel back, or have family or friends you can send the phone to.
I wish you all the best with this.
