I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these issues with your text messaging.
Are you able to try another text message option as a process of elimination 🤔
Try clearing the cache of the app by holding down the app icon, and tap on i , and then tap on Storage and Clear Cache which may help.
Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to see if texts are received then.
