That is highly unlikely. What makes you think that?

Those are false messages from shady sites if they show when you go to them. You also may have downloaded something in your browser cache so delete this too. Its more likely the latter

@kenhounsom: Further to the advice offered by @Pugs1957, please open the Samsung Internet browser > Tap the 3 lines in the bottom right > Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete Browsing Data > Select all options by ticking them > Delete. If the issue persists, please restart your phone in Safe Mode, and check to see if the messages continue to pop up. If not then the issue is likely to be stemming from a third party app that you've downloaded, therefore please restart the phone and delete any apps you have installed prior to the messages showing up.

To access Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.

OK In that case its likely to be a downloaded app. Did the popups coincide with installing a new app?

Next time when you get a pop-up like that , could you make a screenshot & share it ? You know what they say...." a picture is worth a thousand words " 👍
