M31 stuck in safe mode - dont want to do a factory reset

4 year old phone is playing up for past 3 days. Started switching off/on then gave mo option to start in safe mode. Have been able to put some stuff in the cloud but some apps especially Samsung Notes can't access. Pop up stating Quick share keeps stopping. Went on to galaxy store & updated it and since then no pop ups. S/W update in June - Android 12. Any ideas how to get out of Safe mode without Hard factory reset?

It should be a case of holding the power button and tap on Restart @Members_lZr9iwt 

Or press and hold the Volume Down and Side key at the same time for 7 seconds
