Samsung j8 stuck in download mode screen

Hi everyone, 

Since few days, my phone is stuck after startup with the screen below and I can't even turn it off.

I tried to do hard reset with odin software, but nothing changed. Can someone please help me 🙂.

We don't encourage people to use odin on forum, as it could potentially harm your phone.

Try using smart switch as it's already suggested on the screen. Also, you can try holding volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds.

Smart switch doesn't recognize my phone. 

When I hold power button and volume down for 10 seconds the phone restarts but always stuck in the previous screen.

I would suggest to let a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store have hands on @OthmaneDZ

Can you please assist me with Odin, because I used it but nothing changed, may be I downloaded the wrong firmware file.
