I have seen my phone (a15) charging up to 9 hours for a full charge and have bought an official charger which seems to do the same, any help? I cant factory reset and have got the latest ui and don't need any updates

Hey there

If you have bought an official Samsung Charger, next thing to look at is the cable. Is that an official Samsung Charging Cable / one that came with your device?

It shouldn't take much more titan an hour to change from 10%
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
