Low power mode whenever phone is "upside down" (after screen timeout)

I was thinking about a feature option to immediately go into a low power mode and stop unused apps depending on carrying the phone with the power/charge port being at the top.  If the phone is carried with the power/charge port at the bottom a higher power mode and always on display.
