Galaxy M32 Non-responsive screen after OneUI 4.1 update

Anyone else had this problem?

After the latest One UI 4.1 update on Android 12 the screen on my phone does not respond to inputs. Screen can be turned on using power button but no swiping inputs respond and screen times out and turns off.

Using power and volume down buttons is only way to get screen to respond after forcing a soft restart.

I happens every morning after phone has not been used for 7-8 hours and happens randomly throughout the day. 

In an emergency having to restart your phone before calling for help can cause loss of life please Samsung look into this as a matter of urgency yes I have sent multiple error reports and logs.

Yes, even I am facing the same issue since the Android Update from 11 to 12. Rebooting every time is not a solution. Every day in the morning, the screen stops responding or when left unused for long hours. Factory data reset, cache partition nothing is working. Please help if someone found a solution.

Even I have also face the same issue since last week once I update to the latest OS. Today also the issue repeated and I was forced to restart the mobile. We need to get a quick solution either to go back to pervious version of to move to next available version immediately to come out of this issue.

Guys, Did anyone find a solution ??

Today inbetween the day it stopped responding 3 times, this is getting worse day by day. It's been almost 2 months but I don't understand why Samsung is not updating the software or trying to fix it... An update is supposed to make life easier not the opposite, thought of downgrading the update but the warranty would become void if I did it & I don't want to brick my phone... the service center guy says to change the whole motherboard.....

HELP  PLEASE !!

I have not had the problem since the last UI update it is fixed for me Galaxy M32 UK version

Could you tell me the UI Update Version please, I am from India and my current UI Version is 4.1... Since past 1 week everyday atleast twice I keep checking this thread if anyone found a solution to it...

The kernel version was updated to 4.14 on 10 June so this must have fixed my problem

I just checked my phone and it looks exactly like yours but it is still freezing occasionally.

It's what I ended up doing at the Samsung KX near St Pancras. They changed the whole motherboard. I no longer have the problem, also maybe because it came back with android 11 and I have been delaying the update to Android 12 since then

I haven't had the issue for a month until I tried to turn my alarm clock off this morning... weird how it suddenly reappeared
