Galaxy M32 Non-responsive screen after OneUI 4.1 update

Anyone else had this problem?

After the latest One UI 4.1 update on Android 12 the screen on my phone does not respond to inputs. Screen can be turned on using power button but no swiping inputs respond and screen times out and turns off.

Using power and volume down buttons is only way to get screen to respond after forcing a soft restart.

I happens every morning after phone has not been used for 7-8 hours and happens randomly throughout the day. 

In an emergency having to restart your phone before calling for help can cause loss of life please Samsung look into this as a matter of urgency yes I have sent multiple error reports and logs.

Wow so many other people with this problem. This is upsetting. I've had this problem since end of May and I've done everything I can think of and nothing has worked. Had it repaired by Samsung and still nothing changed. I'm really disappointed that they're not responding to anyone's concerns here.

My problem has been sold after the last update. Install the last update.

Same for me, it is days now since I installed the last update and no screen freeze anymore 🥳

I installed the last update two days ago and so far everything has been working nicely. A little bit early to confirm the bug is gone 100% but it is looking good.

Could you please share the software information after the latest update so that we can confirm that we can expect update if our phone is having lower version than yours

I feel we have the same update version, for few it fixed the issue and for many it introduced the issue in device not sure how.

Anyway please share details so we can verify if any new update has been rolled out which is yet to come for our device.

My last update which caused the issue is 1st april security patch
