White screen on camera

On my camera in 1-3 zoom I have a white screen in video, photo, portrait etc, 0.5 and 3.1 upwards I can get a pic? Any ideas, I've done everything Samsung suggested nothing worked

Are all other apps in both stores up to date?
What about Google play update?

1. Try a simple phone restart.

2. You could try resetting the phones settings only.

Everything up to date, tried a simple restart, tried in safe mode, not tried resetting phone settings

If I reset phone settings will I lose anything? Ie saved passwords?
