I got a new Samsung 21 and when a particular person sent me a message on WhatsApp, instead of the WhatsApp notification image, I got a bubble with the profile picture of the person sending at the notifications part at the top of my screen and also on WhatsApp. My friend in their wisdom tried to help set it up for everyone as it was just one person, but now I've losrlt it for even them. Does anyone know how to get it back please? Thankyou.

@LozzaB: Try heading to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Floating Notifications > Bubbles.

Hello Andrew, I have an issue, since the new download the new whatspp, my phone popup messages stays on screen and take a little longer before it disappears.. and I have the whatsapp isnt optimized for the latest version of android popup on my screen and also stays a little longer and disappear.

@Bruchell22: I'm not sure why this might be happening. To troubleshoot the issue, please try heading to Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action, and set this to 'Default' to see if this helps. I also recommend checking the Google Play Store > Tap your profile in the top right > Manage apps and device > Updates, to see if any updates are available for WhatsApp. Similarly, please head to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
