Whatsapp Media not working

Hi all, 

Trying to get help with this issue. My phone was updated yesterday, and since then, I am unable to send or upload any media. Pretty annoying! Tried to clear cache, data and reinstall, but issue is persisting. 

Anyone can help?

My phone performed the new update today ... major regret I now can't send any videos through WhatsApp they come up broken images it's also super slow. anyone else had trouble after the update ?!

Similar issues wattsapp video not working temperamental now have to use signal. Samsung seem to know nothing.

It's because the whatsapp is for an older version of android. Whatsapp just need to catch up and update it 👍

Same here and its so annoying. The issue arise on the dual messenger whatsapp

I have the same issue with Dual App for the second WhatsApp number.

I've got the exact same issue but it's only on the 2nd version of WhatsApp through dual messenger it's so annoying.

Same here. I have Dual sim and two WhatsApp accounts on two different numbers. One local and one international. The international one doesn't send or receive voice notes anymore, same with photos or WhatsApp calls. So anything media-related doesn't work anymore. 

I have worked through the WhatsApp "Help" section and nothing helps. Everything started after the latest update yesterday. 

Samsung, please advise?
