Hello, I am unable to make or receive calls have moved towards voLTE, however this has caused my handset to be unable to take or make calls, but can receive data and messages. Thus i have tried to search to through the mobile network and it simply isn't there. But due to my research my model of s9 (G960U) should be compatible and have the option of voLTE here.

If it is locked to telstra, you probably won't be able to flash new firmware on it at all.
You would have to take it to a telstra shop and ask them to unlock it for you.

Thanks. I completely read over that. He didn't mention what version was installed. I've found it now

Sorry. No it's not locked. It excepts other sims and data and sms works. Just can't make calls. It does have the telstra welcome during boot. I'll try the updating over the weekend. Hopefully get calls working.

Thanks for your help and everyone else's comments. Very easy proccess. Apart from having to try downloading the firmware 4 times because it's so slow it times out. I did the home csc file with no issues and phone now let's me call out on optus/dodo
