Unable to find the option of voLTE

Hello, I am unable to make or receive calls have moved towards voLTE, however this has caused my handset to be unable to take or make calls, but can receive data and messages. Thus i have tried to search to through the mobile network and it simply isn't there. But due to my research my model of s9 (G960U) should be compatible and have the option of voLTE here.

In later versions of Android the VoLTE toggle is no longer in the network settings.
You simply select 4G, and it will automatically use VoLTE for your calls.
You should still be able to see the VoLTE symbol on the top – right of your screen.

That is strange. Are you able to make voice calls with the phone?

No cannot receive or make calls only data calls ie: fb messenger/whatsapp and the like. And sms/mms

• Is the phone Unlocked (not locked to a specific carrier) ?
• Is it the International version (G955F) ?...  Frequency bands differ between models.
• Does the Belong- carrier have this model enabled for VoLTE ?...  Borrow a Telstra sim from a friend to see if it works on the Telstra system.

It was a telstra phone but reflashed the firmware with aus XSA csc.

My dad originally got the phone from telstra in 2018 locally

I had a telstra sim in it and was working fine but changed to belong because pf thier data limits.

I dont believe its listed by belong but they only 15 odd samsung phones listed which i thought was strange.
