I recently bought a brand new S21 5g in a sealed box and when I set up the phone for the first time had the "screen freeze" issue. I sent back the phone and ordered another from a different seller. So far so good after the update (but I did it BEFORE setting up the phone with my information). Admitting liability would open Samsung up to potentially replacing many, many phones which is not going to happen.

I recently upgrade my s21 ultra to one UI 6.1 mine is working perfectly well dm if you find fault on the upgrade on your s21 ultra

There is no risk in flashing your phone; it's easy. If you don't know how, go to a specialist to do it. It costs only $20, which I think is much better than buying a new screen
