I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 SM-G991U (US version) in Eswatini (Swaziland). Even though the security patch level is from October 2022, my phone says it's up to date. Could you please advise on how to force or manually check for a software update.

Hi @PhilaniM10 Likely to be issue as not using the device in the region it was designed for. You could try Smart Switch , an update might be available via that method. Need to connect Device to a computer and have the software installed. Whilst we are the Uk/EU communities I will include the link for Africa. https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/smart-switch/
