Smart things Find

I have 2 phones, A15 (mine), A54 registered on my Samsung account.

Yesterday I installed Smartthings Find on my PC, but now it has gone from my phone.

Previously when I clicked ‘Devices’ it said A15 + 1 other.

Clicking this then displayed thumbnail of both phones. If I clicked the A54 it gave me the option to locate that phone.

Now when I click devices it on lists mine (A15) but going into it diplays full details of both phones, but no option to locate.

I assume ‘Find@ has been deactivated somehow, but I don’t know how to get it back.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I personally use the Samsung Find App @lesley52 from the Playstore.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@lesley52: As per the advice above by @BandOfBrothers, I would certainly recommend checking out the Samsung Find app, which acts as a standalone version of SmartThings Find. To find out more, please take a look at the link below.

I installed it, but it still only shows my 1 phone, not the other registered one
