S21FE WiFi issue One ui 7

It was working fine earlier then while I was out it randomly restarted and went into the 'optimising apps' boot but I didn't think much of it however now that I'm home and I try to use my home wifi the phone just refuses to turn on wifi. It will say 'scanning for networks' and then if you close change apps or even just stay there it gives up (yes I've restarted and turned fully off left for a bit then back on) not sure what the problem could be could be a one ui 7 bug perhaps

Its now very very temperamental while I can make it work (full power off then back on) it will only work for a minute or so then it will turn the WiFi off automatically so I think this is a Samsung side thing so thatsa annoying hopefully they make a fix soon

Exactly same wifi issues for my son's phone as in your video. We finally did the full reset. Works 24h then again no wifi. Major problem, we're excepting news from Samsung !!!

Exactly I've been using a a34 in the meantime just from work but yeah Exactly that thought I had fixed it went through the effort of transferring everything was very happy then woke up and it was gone again Samsung told me to take to repair for hardware replacement but it was after update so it's a software thing 🤦 it's abit like come on Samsung you can do better than this. Am considering ditching Samsung for pixel or apple but we will see if Samsung do anything I guess. Glad I'm not the only one.

I recently updated my S21 also to one ui 7, and all of a sudden my wifi no longer works. Wifi doesn't even turn on in safe mode. Its probably a software bug

Same with me bro. After July's update wifi toggle won't turn on. Before this update wifi works perfectly without any issues. Clearing cache partition and resetting wifi settings doesn't fix issue. I see Mac address of my wifi ic in the settings that's mean that ic working and Samsung has sent a bugged firmware to thousands s21fe devices around the world!!!!!

What a shame Samsung????

Exactly its almost like they just dont care and just want you to upgrade to a newer device but I have the exact same thought process im thinking of going as far as switching to apple

Here is a more detailed description

S21 fe SM-G990B/DS issue started occuring after the updare to one ui 7 it was fine on one ui 6 i contacted support and they said to bring it in for a hardware replacement for a fee i said no becuase its samsungs fault and so i didnt want to pay to repair (its a software issue anyway so this wouldnt help) today i updated to one ui 8 only to be greeted with the same issue even after resetting cache and everything (mobile data is working along with bluetooth) Wifi also doesnt even show in networks it just says seaching for networks this is 100 percent a software side problem becuase on some rare times you restart the phone it connects then crashed and it seened to do that when you started to use alot of network however ive only seen this on one ui 7 currently
