I purchased an S21+ in 12/24. A month later (I'm not sure but it may have been after an update) it had screen issues. The black was a dark green, it was glitchy, it had tiny wavy lines so the entire screen moved slightly up & down, & no matter what you did with the display options it randomly became so bright you could hardly look at it. Unfortunately because I had bought it refurbished, though I believed Samsungs claimings that they're guaranteed & won't let you down, the warranty was only for a month which had expired by the time I got a hold of them. Good news is I had been paying for Samsung Care+. I first took it to a Samsung authorized repair place but they didn't have the part. About 5 days later when I called to check on the part the guy w/o asking my name or for a ticket #, said they had the part. That irritated me bc I don't drive & I wasn't going to play anymore of their guessing games. Eventually I found out that my issue is actually a known issue & I believe it's just with the S21s. So it's a long story & it took me almost 6 months dealing with Samsung, Samsung Care+, & Servify but I do have a working phone now. Although, I did not know there would be a $99 deductible AND that I'd have to send the first phone back. They made it a difficult & just about traumatic experience. My point & hopes for you is that since they know it's an issue they shouldn't be issuing them & if they did they should quickly and freely replace the @#$% thing!
