S21 Ultra - Second SIM not ringing and not showing call screen

Hi.

I've two SIMs in my S21 Ultra, and it is not ringing or showing the call screen for calls received on the second SIM (work).

When someone calls me, I only can see the call details on my watch and on the notifications bar, but no call screen and sounds are raised.

I've configured a ring tone for the second SIM, and no "don't disturb" or other options are enabled.

I've installed all the updates, both for firmware and applications.

Any ideas to correct it??? Is it a firmware bug?

What does the sim manager say ?? As I'm aware that only 1 sim can be active at any time.
So it's either sim 1 or sim 2 active, but not together.
