Contact Samsung customer services as they maybe able to help.
If the phone won't restart then a Samsung Service Centre can help.
One assumes you perform backups just incase they have to factory reset it.

My phone has problems with BT and Wi-fi after the upgrade

Two days ago, I updated to Ui 6.0, now I lost cable charging and camera focus.
Charging using wireless and no good picutres from camera

I also did the upgrade and now have issues my screen is going black and then flashing between working and black. I have tried taking it off adaptive brightness but this did not help and Safe mode only worked when it was in safe mode. This Phone was working fine with no issues before this update. It has never been drooped or mistreated. Any other suggestions before I have to do a factory reset?

It's definitely a software issue i have the z fold 4 same issue now i have a 1,800 dollar paper weight. And they want to charge me 450 for the motherboard and 500 for my screen that went blank. I will never ever buy anything with the name samsung again.
