S21 5g signal issues. I have to turn it off and turn it back on atleast 5 minutes otherwise it will still be the same.

Can you elaborate on what the issues are?

Losing signal almost every 45mins. I had to turn it off 5 mins then is fine, signal is back. After an hour or so it will happen again. Thanks x

@chai25

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens to rule out a possible sim card issue.

Your network can replace the sim card via a Sim Swap.

Also if possible try another sim card in your phone To see what happens.

Is this happening everywhere or in a particular place ? Just thinking if this is your network masts.

You can run a diagnostic in Settings > Battery and Device Care > Diagnostics.

And you can reset the Network Connection in Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connection.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

Hi,
I just want to say a big thanks to Samsung for the latest update which has ruined my phone by not getting 4g and 5g signal on the sim 1 slot anymore. God job Samsung for making us to switch to other brands.

All sorted. I had to send it to Samsung repair. Its not the sim, its the phone itself. I had my phone back within a week. X
