This is the expected behaviour. The filename gets the correct timestamp. The date/time (Line 1) will change based on the timezone you are in. If tomorrow, you visit the US and check the date, it will show you a different date/time.

Why would you consider it expected behavior? I do not want my picture of a sunrise to be at 2PM. I want the true timestamp when the picture was taken. I want to marge the pictures with my other cameras and they are 9 hours off, so it messes entire process. If I create a file on my laptop in US and come back to EU the timestamp will still be exactly the time I did it in US. If I wanted to have the date / timestamp from Europe I would not allow my phone to switch to the US time zone. Please let me know how I can prevent my phone from doing things for me which I do not want.

I totally agree. My photos taken in Japan now have an Australian time & won't sync into order with those taken on our DSLR camera & iPhone. So annoying. Never had this problem with previous holidays & previous Samsung phones. Some new update which is totally unnecessary & annoying? Please fix it Samsung!

Love the idea of having the image saved with my local time or some kind of standard time for all the pictures and videos with the samsung camera and not needing another camera app that probably can't use the full functionality of the phone
