S21 notifications sounds not working

Hi, all of a sudden my S21 is not making a sound when I receive text, email etc. I've got the sound turned up and when you try to change the notification sound it makes a sound but it doesn't work as an alert. I've done a hard and soft reset but it's still not working.

Can anyone please help!

Same in mine too. Seems it will error again after few minutes. Need update soon from samsung

The issue appears to be a problem with the system notification sound initiating itself without other sounds already active. If I am playing music, I get an audible notification. If I use the sliders in settings to cause one of the other notifications (phone ring etc) and slide the notification slider before the ring sou d has stopped, I get the notification sound but it's gone again once the sound has stopped. All other times, only vibrate works as an alert. Seems to have started in the past week or so.

I am having the same issue as well S21 . I do not get any notification sound I thought it was a work app that was causing it but I have since uninstalled it and it did not correct it. I have turned bluetooth off and restarted the phone and that did not help. Hopefully we get some resolution soon. I have on-call every other week and I need to hear these notifications. I am fortunately able to set up a call as well as a notification for the oncall but it doesnt help in other situations like our home camera alertings us that there is someone at the door.
