Hi, so far with my S21(not ultra) the only issue I've had is that I am getting around 5hr - 5hr30 SOT which IMO isn't that great as all I use it for is browsing and some videos.
However I've seen in the forums that people are experiencing heating issues, especially during camera use. So I didn't use my camera that much till now to be able to notice the heating issue, so I decided to test my phone.
I recorded a FHD video for around 5 min and the phone temperature ranged between 41-45 Celsius. Is this normal or is this supposed to happen. BTW I am on the Feb Patch.

To add, I tested my brother's S10 with same video settings and it produced a temp of 38-42 Celsius.

Think you should get in touch with Samsung, I am pretty sure phones shouldn't get that hot ? sounds like a safety issue would definitely get it checked out
