I’m reaching out to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my Samsung S21 FE. This device, which was marketed as a premium product, has turned out to be a significant letdown. The persistent white line on the screen is not only irritating but completely unacceptable for a device in this price range.I trusted Samsung to deliver a high-quality product, but this issue has made me question that trust. It’s infuriating that a phone I invested so much in is failing me in such a basic way. I expect better from a company of Samsung’s reputation, and this experience is making me reconsider future purchases from your brand.I demand immediate action to resolve this defect. I don’t want excuses or delays—I want a solution, whether that’s a repair, a replacement, or even a full refund. I am not willing to settle for anything less than what I paid for: a fully functional, premium device. Please respond promptly with a clear plan to address this issue.

This is a customer to customer based forum. So all we can do is advise.
If you provide more details and if you have any photos of the problem.

Have you had the phone for long?
When did the problem occur?
What have you tried to do to remedy the issue?

Let me tell everyone something absolutely infuriating about Samsung. I bought the S21 FE two years ago, and I’ve taken perfect care of it—no drops, no damage, nothing. Yet, out of nowhere, this annoying white line has appeared on the screen. And guess what? I’m not the only one dealing with this. A ton of S21 FE users are facing the same issue.

You’d think Samsung would step up and fix it, right? Wrong. They haven’t done a thing. It’s obviously a manufacturing defect, and instead of addressing it, Samsung is just ignoring all of us.

I’m beyond frustrated. I paid a premium price for this phone, expecting it to last and perform well, but it’s turned out to be a complete letdown. It’s not just about the money; it’s about the principle. Samsung is supposed to be a reliable brand, but they’re clearly not living up to their reputation.

If you’re considering buying a Samsung phone, think twice. This company doesn’t stand by its products or care about its customers. I’m done with them.

If you go into the phone app and dial *#0*#
At the top are three different test cards for the screen
If going into those the lines dissappear. Then you will have an app or theme causing this.

If the lines are still there, then it's like it needs a screen replacement.

You say Samsung is not fixing this.
What have they said when you sent it for a repair?

I would think it's out of the manufacturer warranty, so would be looking at s chargeable repair.
If so, some bank accounts have cover for phone damage and some house contents insurance will as well.
