S21 fe wifi wont turn on. So i try to restart phone and it lets me turn it on and connect but it turns off and wont reconnect.

So I try to turn on my wifi and it will go Grey and load but refuse to turn on. So I have tried several things to fix it and only restarting it "helps" but like 30 seconds after I turn it on and/or connect to a network my phone turns it off and won't allow me to turn it back on. I have been a loyal Samsung customer but I'm starting to think your forced system updates are shutting down parts of my system so I'm forced to buy a new one.

So what worked for me was changing the amount of ram used for background app..I just switched it from 4 to 2 and it instantly worked after reset..I did try all of the above and nothing worked but this..hope it works for u

My wife's S21 FE has WiFi issue, too. The WiFi cannot be turned on even I did factory reset. WiFi worked around 3 minutes aft reset then turned off permanently. This is wired!

Im having this issue too. Took it into a store they didn't even look at it just said it needs a new motherboard. Weird thing is if I go to wifi toggle from settings it won't activate, but of I toggle aeroplane mode on then off it goes blue as if it's on, but still doesnt work. Seems like a software issue.

I also have this problem with my 21fe + 5G.  I've talked to AT&T as well as Samsung tech support. They say I need to get a new phone.!!! This current phone is on the 11th of 36 payments.  I am so angry about this model of Samsung I am contemplating leaving my network provider and going apple.  My phone began having problems at the end of Feb/Mar 2024. after installing an update.  It did however, BEGIN working again (for a day or two) after the latest update a week or so ago.  Seems odd to me that so many 21 fe users are having the SAME  ISSUE yet they are not recognizing it as a thing.

You are right. My wife's phone also had WiFi problem after 2024 SW update. Now, I already bought a Sony cell phone for her. I was really disappointed by Samsung not willing to provide the solution. After my cell phone EOL, I'll move to Google.

My friend is currently having the same issue, we're long distance so it's quite hard, she doesn't have smart things and none of the other suggestions worked, is there a solution just yet? TIA!!

Did it delete any of your phones data? Pictures, apps etc?

I had the same issue, but for S20FE.

I did these..

uninstalled smart things, uninstalled anti virus, the one really did the trick was uninstalling Google wifi provisioner and restarting phone.
