s20FE sudden boot loop and black screen of death

since update was laggy last update same. no all of sudden its just froze and have tried various methods to clear and tried to enter boot mode and clear cache but the device is just not powering properly. tried safe mode and it locked up 2 minutes in. any ideas it is insured so samsung will send soemone out or the bank insrance will. had screen replaced the insurance preety good.
