S20 FE Bluetooth not working since Android 11 update .

I would suggest that you clear the cache on the phone and if that doesn't work then unpair the device you want to connect to and pair it to the phone again. Hope this helped!

try clearing the cache of Bluetooth app, hope this helps 

Settings → apps → 3 dots → show system apps → Bluetooth → storage → clear cache 

then restart the phone 😉

I suggest waiting for the newest January update if you haven't got it yet or factory reset your phone

I had to factory reset and it removed the update to fix the screen.  It seems to be working again.  How will this effect future updates?
