@Sorlag: Please try heading to Settings > Connections > More connections settings > Nearby device scanning, and make sure that this is toggled on. Depending on the Bluetooth device you're trying to connect to, please refer to the manufacturers instructions, as you may need to enable pairing mode on the device before it will be visible in Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On.
