I keep receiving this message when connecting my phone to my windows 11 PC. I've checked through the boards, online and all my phone settings. Software is up to date. I don't get the radio buttons suggested by the Samsung step by step guide. Connection by Bluetooth also has no impact. Can someone help?

@timmy g: Are you connecting your Galaxy S10 to your PC via USB cable? If so, swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, and check the notification panel for an Android System notification. If you tap on this, then you can explore all available options relating to your USB connection, including which actions you want to perform. Let me know how you get on.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I'd already tried that, but gave it another go after your post. I'm not receiving any notifications to my phone. It's as if it's ignoring that it's been connected to another device. I don't see it in my file explorer either.

hi there did anyone ever get a fix? Its rampant in my company as of yesterday. Happened to multiple samsungs and we dont have a workaround.
