Hi I just want to access my files..Microsoftword etc. Password long forgotten. It gives no option to access or change any passwords..please help.

Hi @veganSavesLives you should be able to reset the Samsung Acounts password ei via Device ,Accounts and Backups-Manage Accounts-Samsung Account -detail in this link https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/apps-services/how-can-i-find-my-id-or-password-if-i-forget-it/ 

if this is not possible alternatively can do this via the web link here https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/resetPassword
