Can't sing into sumsung account on Galaxy S20+ 5G

I have a Sumsung Galaxy S20+ 5G (Amarican model) and I have some problems.

1. For some reason I can't enter Sumsung account. Every time I try to log in I enter my email, password, and get to the screen with "Regester phone number" I tap ok but it redirects me to the same page and doesnt go anywhere further. When I choose to use a different number and enter it (my phone number) it sais that there is a problem with the server, try again later. And it was like that for a month. 

2. The language in the settings will never switch to what I choose, it stays english. I tried downloading, redownloading, deleting engish from my phone

Hi, I am not in any of these countries. I was gifted this phone by my sister. The problem is that I cant log into the account on the phone. I created this account online but still...
