Samsung S21 FE Network issue after Software update from May 2024

Hi Samsung Team...I am very much disappointed , Frustated, depressed not beacuse of anyother problems only by using Samsung S21 FE handset which i have purchased one year back i.e MAY15 2023.

Issue: Once after an software update of May 2024 my phone not connectting with network properly i am not receiving any phone calls, not able to call anyone through outgoing initially doubted the Network and changed my sim in my other family members mobile its working fine ., Even though went to the network service center and checked it they told its problem with Handset so i went to the Samsung Authorised service center Tirunelveli Vannarpettai branch Tamilnadu. They just checked and reset the network settings and told it was problem with the network but actually my sim is working in other mobiles. Problem is sometimes rarely my phone works that also when i went to samsung office it worked.

But as soon as i reach out its same call connection and network issues problem. People working in service center were very much responsible for my handset problem means in a opposite way they are very much rude even i am an Semiconductor engineer they saying different stories about my mobile Heating problem, Network problems as if i don't know anything they are speaking. My warranty period ends at May15 2024 my phone gets fault at May 23 2024.

So i am going March past to the service center from May month till today but problem not resolved they didn't diagnose the problem yet but my phone gets Factory reset now they are saying we need to change the Sub Board in the device which costs 4000 rupees they are asking me to pay so they will change and check it for 2days but still they are not confident after that it will work or not.

As a Middle class i have buyed a Flagship mobile for the firsttime spending 40000 rupees for this phone not even worked for 1 year properly so i am getting question why do i need to buy Samsung products even my family everybody using Samsung mobiles after i buyed ..So i am planning to throw all of samsung mobiles and from now i dont want to recommend Samsung Phones to Anyone ...

 

As Samsung user

1. Frustated, Depressed and 2months i missed lot of important phone calls.

2. Worst Worst very Worst customer service

3.First of all Train them for Samsung Service work they are teaching us unwanted technical things. Still now they cant able to predict the issue of my phone.

4.Please Don't send Software update with huge bugs

4. I never Recommend anyone to buy Samsung products.

i have the same problem. its sucks! when im inside my home there is no signal. but when im outside theres a signal. i dont know what to do now. they have to fixed this.
