Error including payment card from Google Pay after phone (warranty) reparation.

Samsung Galaxy A53 phone repaired by replacing the motherboard, under warranty, by an official Samsung center.
NO ROOTING OPERATION performed.
After installing Google Wallet, I find all loyality cards of my account, but trying to reactivate the payment cards proposed for contactless payment (working in Google Pay), after inserting CVV, this  error message is rised:
"Your device doesn't meet security requirements / This phone can't be set up to pay contactless..."
No change by installing and reinstalling the wallet.
Obviously, the same device did not have any problems before the repair and app installed are the same!
NFC correctly setted on Google Wallet app.

Hi,

Are you using a screen lock (PIN, Password, Pattern)? If not, then set one up, as Google Wallet won't work without one.

I think, according to your bank, you can only have so many cards registered. Give your bank a call and ask then to reset your device count. This has happened to me a few times.

Thank your for your answer. I'll try it, even if I guess error message must be different (like "your bank denied permission"...).
My message talk about possible phone rooting or not certified software installed, even if none of this conditions are.

Thanks. Your banking institution would also need to activate contactless payments for use with a mobile payment app, so speak with them too. You may have to remove and re- add all your cards again. I also noticed your spelling of centre. Are you based outside of the UK? If so, then please reach out to your local community where you will receive a more tailored response.

Samsung assistance center says it may be hardware problem (after motherboard changing): at the end of the month he will try to repair phone again.
The very annoying problem is to reinstall all apps...
