Navigation Swipe Settings

For the new navigation bar that allows you to swipe from the side to go back, is there an option to disable the swipe from the left side?

Lots of apps have drawers from the left side that is directly conflicted by the back swipe. If the back only works on the right edge, the left edge will still be for the app.

Either that or allow the back gesture to only work on the bottom third of screen or something. There must be a setting somewhere that helps this or else this was a very poorly planned feature.

go to settings, then display, then navigation bar, select more options and select swipe from bottom and now you dont swipe from the sides.
