My s21 still has not received Android 14 update

Hi,

I have a Samsung Galaxy s21, and I live in Italy. I still can not see the Android 14 update... 

Can anyone help me? I have to provide the IMEI of my phone?

Hi @Tizfaver, software updates are released in batches, so there can be a variation in the release date. Also, the release date of software updates can differ between countries and regions. When there's an update available for your phone, you'll receive a notification on your phone about it.

Yeah but here in Italy every samsung phone, selected for Android 14, has already got the update like before the end of 2023. I was wondering why my phone still hasn't get that one. But if it is matter of time I will wait, thanks.

I appreciate your eagerness to get the latest software update for your S21 downloaded and installed, @Tizfaver. Have you had a chance to look at the guide below (specifically the section headed "Software updates via Smart Switch") to see whether those steps enable you to get the update?:

I'm having the same issue! My S21 5G is still running android 13 One UI 5.1. Why that is?

I have Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and I live in Lebanon . I still can not see the Android  neither 13 and 14 update.
