My s20+

I'm typing from my s23 as my s20 crashed but my apps keep disappearing 1 minute there there and the next they are gone but when the apps are there the phone is perfectly usable the phone has only a minor crack on the black glass and the screen is ok this happend after updating to January 21st patch I would send a log but as I said the s20 keeps crashing and the members apps is gone along with settings and a few others that come and go frequently with a few exceptions.i need a response as soon as possible because the problem is gett8ng mildly concerning

Can I ask when was the last time you factory reset your S20 to reset everything and get rid of any issues that might be causing issues?

Withing the last 4 months tbh I think I hv a virus atp

Other than clearing the cache partition that's all I know what to suggest...
Or try a good virus scanner!!
